Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and acbc8 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the acbc8 website available at acbc8.pro and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered therein. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the acbc8 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These T&C apply to all users of the platform, including registered members and visitors. acbc8 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. • You must not be a current employee, director, or associate of acbc8 or its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such individuals.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

acbc8 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed. Any funds held in an ineligible account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of acbc8 services, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account use:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Each individual may maintain only one registered account with acbc8. Opening or using multiple accounts, whether under your own name or via another person, is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
• acbc8 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage of account use, including at registration and before processing withdrawals. Required documentation may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

acbc8 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local payment methods. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• All deposits must be funded from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. acbc8 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for most supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum limits for individual methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. acbc8 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of pending requests.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made, to the extent technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• acbc8 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these T&C. In such cases, acbc8 may retain funds pending investigation and reserves the right to permanently withhold funds where a breach is confirmed.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

acbc8 offers various promotional incentives to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to accounts automatically or upon request, depending on the specific offer. Players must opt in to eligible offers within any stated time window to receive the associated bonus credit.
• acbc8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds that have not been wagered in compliance with the stated rollover requirement at the time a promotion is withdrawn will be voided.
• Players must not attempt to exploit bonuses or promotions through coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage, or any other strategy that acbc8 determines, at its sole discretion, constitutes abuse of the bonus system.
• Free spins, when awarded, are subject to the specific game, stake value, and expiry date attached to the offer. Winnings from free spins may also be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the acbc8 platform and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering, accessing, or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, do not meet the eligibility criteria, or are acting on behalf of a person who does not meet eligibility criteria.
• Opening, operating, or using more than one registered account, or colluding with another user to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human use, or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in, or attempting to engage in, money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through or in connection with the acbc8 platform. acbc8 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report any suspected criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players in any game to the detriment of other users, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, fraudulent wagering, or manipulation of game outcomes.

Where acbc8 determines that a user has engaged in prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to void any bets, cancel any pending withdrawals, close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities. Determinations of prohibited conduct are made at acbc8's sole discretion and are final.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Players may request a time-out period (a temporary self-exclusion) of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account will remain open but the player will be unable to deposit, place bets, or access any wagering features.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion from acbc8 at any time by contacting [email protected]. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. acbc8 will make reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded players from re-registering or accessing the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the acbc8 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the property of acbc8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of acbc8.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acbc8 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Without limiting the foregoing, acbc8 specifically excludes liability for the following:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part thereof, whether planned or unplanned, including interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond acbc8's reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if acbc8 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials or your use of the platform on a shared or public device.

9. Privacy

acbc8 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these T&C by reference. By using the acbc8 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 10. Amendments to These Terms

acbc8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the acbc8 platform following the publication of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms.
